How this works
Available capacity is your team size multiplied by weekly working hours per member. Routine daily work is multiplied by seven for a weekly total. Appointment hours come from your weekly count multiplied by average minutes, divided by sixty. Workload adds routine, appointment, administration and reactive hours together. Utilization is workload divided by available capacity, shown as a percentage.
