This policy applies to Equine Workspace and the services we operate. It does not describe the practices of third-party services, websites, or payment providers that we do not control. Where Equine Workspace processes information on behalf of a customer business, that customer business is generally responsible for the purposes of that processing and for any notices or consents required for the people whose information is involved.

We collect and handle several categories of information, described in the sections that follow. The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which features you use.

When you create an account or purchase a product, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and similar account and business information needed to provide and administer the service.

When you contact us, or we contact you, we may collect the content of your messages and related support information so we can respond and assist you.

When customers use Equine Workspace, they may enter or upload business content such as client records, horse records, documents, messages, appointments, and other business data. This is customer content. Equine Workspace processes this content to provide the service to the customer business. The customer business is generally responsible for the lawful collection and use of that information and for any required notices or consents.

Customers may use Equine Workspace to organize horse-related and operational records. This information is customer content, and the customer business is responsible for its lawful use.

Like most online services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and similar details used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Payment card information is generally processed by third-party payment providers. Equine Workspace does not claim to store complete card numbers on our own systems. Billing details needed to administer your account may be retained, while sensitive card data is handled by the payment provider under its own terms.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services, to process transactions, to communicate with you, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations.

Where Equine Workspace processes information on behalf of a customer business, the customer business controls the purposes of that processing. Equine Workspace processes that information as a service provider to the customer business, in accordance with the customer's configuration and these Terms.

When AI functionality is used, information made available to that functionality may include prompts, instructions, messages, conversation content, Workspace records, business information, contact information, uploaded documents or files, transaction information, voice or audio where applicable, transcripts, and technical or usage information.

AI functionality may use third-party providers. Processing depends on the applicable service, provider agreements, configuration, and privacy or data-processing terms. We do not make blanket claims about how every provider handles information, including for model improvement.

Users and businesses are responsible for having the authority, notices, permissions, and consents necessary to submit third-party information to AI functionality.

Voice-enabled or conversational functionality may involve recording, transcription, automated processing, or analysis where the feature is used and permitted by law. Appropriate notice or consent may be required depending on the jurisdiction and use.

Some free calculators or tools may operate without requiring an account. We do not make a blanket claim that all free tools process information locally in the browser. Where a particular tool expressly processes information locally, that is described within the tool itself.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Please review that policy for details.

We rely on third-party services for hosting, communications, payment processing, AI, analytics, and other functions. These providers process information under their own terms and practices.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, where required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or to protect our rights. Equine Workspace does not sell personal information.

Where payment functionality is used, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not publish specific retention periods. Data may be retained as reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, dispute resolution, and operational purposes, and then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

Equine Workspace operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Where applicable, individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with similar laws may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. These rights may be exercised where applicable, and individuals may complain to an applicable supervisory authority.

We do not claim that every provision of these laws applies to every Equine Workspace visitor. Equine Workspace does not maintain a European office, representative, or establishment for these purposes.

Equine Workspace accounts and purchases are intended for persons 18 and older. We do not knowingly market accounts directly to children.

Equine Workspace customers, such as lesson programs, schools, trainers, barns, and organizations, may themselves provide services involving minors. Those customer businesses are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian permissions and complying with laws applicable to information they collect about minors.

Our Services may link to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices.
