These can include website design, AI business tools, reputation management, business communications, affiliate management, events and ticketing, e-commerce and custom solutions.

No. Enhancements are optional. They are available for businesses that need those additional capabilities.

AI Business Tools are optional AI-powered capabilities that can support areas such as communication, assistance and business workflows. They are available for businesses that want to use AI, but AI is not required to use Equine Workspace.

Affiliate Manager provides tools for businesses that want to create and manage referral or affiliate programs, including tracking the relationships and activity associated with those programs.

Reputation Management provides additional tools for businesses that want to build and manage their online reputation, including review-related workflows and supported reputation features.

Business Communications provides additional phone, SMS and connected communication capabilities. Availability, phone numbers, messaging registration and usage charges can vary by setup.

Events & Ticketing is available for businesses that need additional event registration and ticketing capabilities. The appropriate setup depends on the type and scale of the event.

E-Commerce capabilities are available for businesses that want to sell products, services or subscriptions online.

Yes. Custom Solutions are available for businesses that need specialized workflows, integrations, applications or configurations beyond a standard Workspace setup. Custom work is reviewed and quoted based on the project.

Current plans begin at $79 per month for Professional, $149 per month for Business and $249 per month for Organization. Each plan is designed around different business sizes and operational needs.

Yes. Annual billing is available. Pay for 11 months and receive 12 months of Workspace.

Yes. Standard setup is included with your Workspace plan. More extensive implementation, data migration, custom workflows, integrations or custom development may require additional services.

Some optional services can have separate provider or usage costs. Examples can include phone, SMS, certain AI services, payment processing and other usage-based or premium services. Any applicable costs should be identified as part of your setup.

Professional is designed for independent professionals and smaller operations. Business is designed for growing businesses and teams. Organization is intended for larger teams, associations and more complex operations. If your needs fall outside a standard setup, we can help determine the appropriate configuration.

Your Workspace can grow with your business. If your team size or operational needs change, your plan and configuration can be reviewed accordingly.

Yes. You can cancel your Workspace subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period and will not renew after that. Monthly subscriptions remain active through the end of the current monthly billing period, and annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the current annual billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Workspace Apps are specialized tools designed for workflows that benefit from a more focused operational experience than standard business software alone. They work alongside the core Workspace rather than replacing it.

The Equine Business Planner is a planning tool designed to help equine business owners understand their revenue, expenses, capacity, goals and opportunities for growth more clearly. It is a business planning tool, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

Yes. The Equine Business Planner is planned to be included with Equine Workspace. Its public availability should remain labeled appropriately until the application is released.

No. The Business Planner is designed for planning and business visibility. It does not replace bookkeeping, accounting software, tax preparation or professional financial advice.

Equine Ops is a planned Workspace App focused on day-to-day operational workflows such as assignments, schedules, team activity and recurring work connected with an equine operation.

Yes. Additional specialized applications are being explored for areas such as breeding operations, horse wellness and activity, shows and clinics, training operations, associations, education and equine professional workflows. Apps that have not been released should be clearly labeled Coming or Planned.

Yes. We can configure Workspace around different equine business models. A bodyworker may need clients, horses, appointments and follow-up, while a breeder may need different horse records and breeding-related workflows. An association may focus more heavily on members, events and communication.
