Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 11.

Equine Ops is the standalone horse and barn operations application, plus the essential Workspace business tools for contacts, horse records, invoicing, and payments. A full Equine Workspace plan adds a professional website, client portal, booking calendar, marketing suite, and expanded business management. Equine Ops and Booking Ops are both included with every full Workspace plan.

No. The standalone Equine Ops subscription does not include a website, client portal, booking calendar, or full marketing suite. Those are included with the full Equine Workspace plans starting at $97 per month. You can upgrade from Equine Ops to a full Workspace plan at any time without losing your existing data.

The standalone Equine Ops subscription includes three authenticated user accounts in total, including the primary administrator. Additional Equine Ops seats are $10 per user per month and can be requested at any time through Equine Workspace Support.

Yes. You can upgrade from Equine Ops to a full Equine Workspace plan, or from one Workspace plan to a higher tier, at any time. Upgrading adds your professional website, client portal, booking, and marketing tools without losing any of your existing data.

Advanced Digital Solutions start at $499 per month. The recurring subscription begins when your configured system is ready for use. A one-time setup and configuration fee is quoted separately before configuration begins, based on the scope of your requirements.

Ongoing managed digital services are optional and quoted separately according to scope. They can cover website content, directory maintenance, digital event administration, communications, and other agreed administrative tasks. The $499 monthly subscription covers the configured digital system, not the ongoing managed service.

Workspace configuration is typically completed within 5 business days after we receive your setup information. The included website is a separate process: website preparation is typically completed within 10 business days after we receive your completed website questionnaire and the materials required to begin. More specialized configurations may require additional time, and we will let you know if that applies.

Yes. You can add users and control access so an owner, office administrator, barn manager or trainer sees what they need, and nothing they don't. This is especially relevant for financial and administrative information.

Yes. Equine Workspace can be accessed on desktop and through mobile access, so you can work with conversations, contacts, scheduling and business information while away from your desk.
